We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.
We also offer free flat rate standard shipping of $7 anywhere in the U.S.
Expedited shipping options are available with charges calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in the North Loop of Minneapolis - 212 N 2nd St Suite 103, Minneapolis, MN 55401. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up typically within 1 hour during store hours, or within 1 business day (excluding Mondays and holidays) if order is placed after store hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday—Saturday: 11-5 PM and Sunday: 12-4 PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Curbside Pickup
If you would like to order online and pick up in store, just use code INSTOREPICKUP at check out and DM us on Instagram @Shophouser, or email info@denisehouserdesign.com, with a time that is convenient for you to swing by.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@denisehouserdesign.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Standard shipping via USPS can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, however expedited options are not available to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We gladly offer free returns on all items within 30 days of original purchase. Either visit or store in the North Loop of Minneapolis or Email info@denisehouserdesign.com and we will provide you with a shipping label for a simple and easy return.
