Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Mondays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.
We also offer free flat rate standard shipping of $7 anywhere in the U.S.
Expedited shipping options are available with charges calculated and displayed at checkout.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in the North Loop of Minneapolis - 212 N 2nd St Suite 103, Minneapolis, MN 55401. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up typically within 1 hour during store hours, or within 1 business day (excluding Mondays and holidays) if order is placed after store hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday—Saturday: 11-5 PM and Sunday: 12-4 PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
If you would like to order online and pick up in store, just use code INSTOREPICKUP at check out and DM us on Instagram @Shophouser, or email email@example.com, with a time that is convenient for you to swing by.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Standard shipping via USPS can be delivered to P.O. Boxes, however expedited options are not available to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We gladly offer free returns on all items within 30 days of original purchase. Either visit or store in the North Loop of Minneapolis or Email email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping label for a simple and easy return.
All returns must be:
- In saleable condition
- Have no signs of wear or condition
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any) In original packaging
- Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Houser has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
